Ahh...corporate chicanery and welfare at its finest. The "rich" aren't the Smiths down the road that make $1 million even though that does put them in the top percentiles of wealth among Americans. No, the rich are the billionaires and corporations that do NOT pay taxes...in fact, they are the recipients of our government's largess and our taxes. This is corporate welfare/vampirism writ large...
