When the cops use the law to raise themselves above the law, we have a very, very serious problem at hand. Although this law only applies in 3 states, I can imagine that it won't take long (if it is not already the case) for the federal government to take up the practice. After all, the law only applies to the masses, not the state. Ugh! Disgusting!
