U.S. Decision to Approve Killing of Cleric Causes Unease - NYTimes.com

No due process...I am pretty certain this is not the path we should be choosing much less the one that will bear the fruits of liberty that we wish to secure to ourselves... Bad choice here.

  1. What determines due process in cases of treason? There are multiple definitions of due process, but it is most simply defined in the word 'fairness'. OK? So reading Art. 3, sec. 3 of the Constitution this perp is guilty of Treason. Bombs away!
