Why is it that I seem to be coming across more and more instances of police misconduct, brutality, murder, or whatever you want to call it? The police are supposed to be the good guys yet the rules of the game out there seem to be placing regular Joes in the line of fire of the cops, no doubt thinking they are just trying to get through their 9 to 5 themselves.
